Application My Med History is a great help for keeping the notes about the history of medical cases. This application allows to email the information about the medical case. For each case (sickness/health problem) you can note: - Name of the patient; - Name of the sickness; - Description of the sickness . For each sickness you can create 3 different types of notes: - The note about the measuring the temperature; - The note about the taking of the medicine; - The note about the tests, with the possibility of taking the photo.
